Who we are

What we collect
This site has no web form. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us directly — typically a name and an email address — when you email us through an address listed on our contact page. We do not use cookies or trackers to collect information about you as you browse this site.
How we use it, and what we don't do
We use the information you send us to respond to your message, to evaluate a job or partnership inquiry, or to follow up on a request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who else sees it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website and receive email, including web hosting, content-delivery, and email providers. When one of those providers processes personal information on our behalf, we require them to protect it to the same standard described in this notice and to use it only to provide the service to us.
How long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it
We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information, or withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time by emailing privacy@fiyainc.com.
Reviewing or changing your information
If you'd like to review what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, email privacy@fiyainc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this notice
If we make a material change to this notice, we will update the effective date above and, where we have a way to reach you, let you know directly.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this site does not use tracking cookies, we do not currently have anything to disable in response to a Do Not Track browser setting or a Global Privacy Control signal. If that changes, we will honor such signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information as required by applicable law.
Third-party cross-site tracking
We do not use advertising pixels or embed third-party content designed to track you across other websites.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
